We're going to add habit tracking and habit coaching with some messages that you can share with your clients in under 10 seconds.
To do this, we're going to set up a new group from your group's dashboard.

Just click on the green add button and name your group. So I've just called this one nutrition coaching eat until you're 80% full, then add.
Now go into the new group dashboard and when inside the group dashboard, click on the add button, go up to coaching, come up to text. From here you can take one of the degree qualified nutritionist made articles that we've got relating to nutrition habits.

From the drop down and I'll take eat until you're 80% full. So you can usually find an article that is relevant to any quality nutrition coaching habit that you want to choose.

You can then add it to a folder if you wish to. I'll create a new folder for my habits.

I've given the folder a very similar title but this will reflect for my clients so they'll see all their stuff in the folder.

It'll be nice and neat for your client. Keep it ticked to copy to existing members and that is now added. You can add that to the schedule if you wish to.

In this case, I won't add it to the schedule. Now what I'd like to add is some tracking for my habits. So daily tracking for that once again come up to add and then habits.

I'll name the tracking. I've just made mine as a question because it's a tracking item. Have you stopped eating at 80% full for every meal today?

You can add a description to the habit tracking if you wish to. Now for this I will add it to the schedule. So I want to set it up on days after joining the group.

I will use days after joining. I'll start it on day zero. I want it to be evening tracking because it's asking about their day's food.

We'll have it 08:30 p.m. and repeat daily. And I'm going to set it for four weeks and save. So that is now coaching for my habits. Four weeks of tracking all set up for the habits.

I'll just close that down if you want to. You could also add in messages to go alongside your habit coaching.

Totally up to you.

If you want to do that, just click on add and then come to communications. You can also click on tools if you wish to make sure that the food diary is turned on so that clients are tracking their food as well.

You can do all of that from inside the group. Now, once you've saved everything in the group that you want for your coaching habit, this is where the joy comes in of using the groups is now you can add that to a client or lots of clients in just a few seconds.

I'll come up to add member. Now, you can do all clients just like that, or you can add it to whichever clients you want or members of another group if you wish to. And keep that box ticked to copy the content to their account.

You just add that will copy all of this content with the schedule straight to those clients accounts immediately. When adding a new client, you just add them to the group and all the content will copy immediately.

It's a really, really great way to set it up once. And then for your clients, you can select the right habit for them at the right time and give it to them in seconds. With all of their tracking, all their messaging, and all of their coaching already set up and done.
