Introducing an update we have made to the workouts for your clients inside the app.
When your client selects their workout, they will now see a workout overview screen, which allows them to select which method they want to use when they go into their program.
This update allows your client to choose between a quick result entry and a guided workout.
In this video, I'm going to quickly introduce you to a nice little update we've made to the workouts for your clients inside the app.
When your client selects their workout and goes into it, first of all, it now gives you a workout overview screen, and they can select which method they want to use when they go into their program.
Either click the results entry or a guided workout.
Now, the quick results entry comes into this mode where they just add their result with ease.
They can still press on an icon or a name to see the video, and the information and charting and technique videos are all there for your clients, but it's a very quick way here to see the whole program and to add results in.
The other option is the guided workout, which they can select, and it will get them to swipe to begin, which gets them introduced to the idea of swiping, and then their first exercises are there for them to view.
Press on any of the pictures to see the video, and they can go through either in full screen with the video.
Or adding results here and just swiping through each exercise where it's guided and it follows the sets and reps that you've set out for your client.
